Refund policy

We want you to love your new interior vibe. Because we specialize in precision automotive tech accessories, our policy is strictly optimized to keep processing times fast and protect your user experience.

We offer a 30-day warranty policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or refund if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To ensure a fast solution, we do not require you to ship items back to a physical fulfillment warehouse. Instead, we use digital verification to process claims immediately.

To start a claim, please contact us at shopauraglowtech@gmail.com with your order number and a brief 5-second video or clear photo showing the technical issue or damage. Once verified by our support team, a brand-new replacement kit will be shipped to your doorstep completely free of charge, or a full refund will be processed.

For non-defective items, requests for a return due to a change of mind must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be completely unworn, unused, with all factory clips and protective tags attached, and inside its original, undamaged packaging.

Please note that for change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for obtaining a trackable return shipping service to our designated processing hub. Items sent back to us without first opening an official support ticket via email will not be accepted.

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, warped, damaged, or if you receive the incorrect variant, contact us at shopauraglowtech@gmail.com straight away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We cannot accept returns or refunds on custom special orders, promotional gift cards, or clearance items explicitly marked as final sale.

The fastest way to swap your item for a different variant is to contact our support team. Once your initial order's condition profile is verified, we will arrange a direct exchange or guide you through a clean credit layout to purchase your preferred kit.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the merchandise must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with factory tags intact, and inside its pristine original packaging.

Once your digital verification claim is processed and approved by our desk, your refund will be authorized immediately. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to clear and post the credit to your financial statement.
